well you can doubt that. but thats the truth
I work out everyday, i go to the
gym ever 2nd day, and work out
from home. I siwtch between
cardio, upperbody,
abs...so on
I lost a few inches but have not seen any
weight loss?!
Im weighing myself at night, after my work outs because
I dont have a scale at home...
But im being honest here!
