right , even though i planned on posting a few before i sort of forgot about it and im now in my pj's

anyway .. today has been preety dull and i dont half hate mondays and it was just lectures all day.
however i sort of had a little achievment to myself (it may sound trivial) but it was my first day of going to college with no foundation on and to my suprise everyone said how much better i looked , and a girl who had no idea about my healthy eating asked me if i had lost weight , because my face and torse look so much slimmer , go meee
Breakfast- bannana and peanut butter on toast [2 slices of whole meal bread , one teaspoon of peanut butter and one bannana]
385 kcals
Lunch- A pasta salad i prepared [pasta , 1 piece of ham , yellow peppers , tomatos , spring onion , grated carrot and a slither of chedder cheese]
420 kcals dinner -pasta and mince [Penne pasta , with minced beef]
520 kcals snacks - 2 rice cakes with a teaspoon of blackberry jam on
80 kcals
one apple , handfull of grapes a few baby tomatos negative
calories arent they??
one hot choclate [40 kcals for the instant powder , 50 for the whole milk used in it]
100 kcals = 1495
exercise 100+ sit ups , 40 minuate walk an a teeny bit of brisk jogging.
