Hiya, I found this forum and wondered if you all chatted in a particular thread?
I started
Cohen's on the 22 Feb 2008. I'm very happy with my results so far and love that I am not having any tummy probs as i used to.
I am sleeping better and feel good.
Some days I find it hard without some foods but overall I am doing really well.
I have been given the
goal weight of between 62-65kgs. I am thinking 70kgs or just under. Even when i wasn't
fat, I was a broad girl so this is going to be so bizarre to be 'thin'.
Did anyone else feel this way?
