just a bit of a catch up hello , i know its been a while since my last diary entry but is only because i hae been so,so busy with college , nothing of any intrest has really happened and my food intake for the week days is pretty simmilar sticking to my 1300-1600 calories per day aswell as loadsss of situps and crunches etc.
im going working as a farm hand for two weeks next month which is on a mountain so ive gotta get working on my fitness extra hard.. Image of sheep:] - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting(past pic)
oh i almost forgot, i noticed a couple of things over my 19 days of dieting..
- my concentration in classes has improved loads.
- my skin is healthier.
- my belly is tighter.
- i havent eaten choclate or even though of eating it for almost 3 weeks
