Smile hmmm...

hi malificent , i think i weigh about 200lb but mum wont let me weigh myself as she know that i have a tendancy to get obsessed over my weight from past experiences. however i know my usual dress size is a 16-18 (uk)

for breakfast i will either have weatabix with bannana or toast with bannana and sometime a tea spoon of peanut butter for a little bit of fat also on weekends i will have eggs instead.

for lunch ill have a salad ,or a pasta salad and over the day at college i have about 4 pieces of fruit.

when i got home which is usually around 6ish i will proberly have something quite basic for dinner that mum made usually like
jacket patatos with chicken breast,
or pasta and mince
or if she carnt be bothered to make anything it will be chips ,beans and some frozen kind of food.

i only usually snack on fruit and have about 5 pints of water a day , and a low calorie instant hot choclate before bed .

hmm my daily food intake doesnt have much change does it

my daily exercise consits of 100+ sit ups a day (some in the morning most at night), a 40 minuate walk with the dog when im home from college, crunches , dancing around crazily to music channels for about 20 minuates and i do animal care so im always keeping myself busy in some kind of way .

i will have a look now at that thread, i would love to know where im going wrong , thankyou
xox
