wannabeskinny45 is just really nice
Well,I had a really bad weekend--I eat everything in sight, don't know why I guess the devil got in me I ate a whole bag of tater tots (I think is has 8 servings) 4 BIG muffins(you could easy take one muffin and make 2-3 servings),these are the major "NO NO's" plus all the other food I just ate at my meals. When I go on a binge like this-I start thinking--"Man, I've really screwed up now-so what's the use to try" and I really get down on myself, and it takes a day or so to get my thinking back right--where I can give it another try. Dose anybody else struggle with this? Sometimes I feel like I'm the anyone that deals with these ups and downs.

I'm back on track now and was really surprised when the scales were still at 303, how could I go on a binge like that and not gain any weight?? I'm sure somebody can tell me how that works. I'm not complaining--just very puzzled.

Later,
Marty
