If it tastes the same and has less cals and sodium then I am good. Usually when I use the alfredo I end up adding my own spices to it (such as basil). The serving size on the alfredo is 1/3 of the bottle which isnt bad. If you eat the entire bottle yourself you will get some calls (maybe even fractions of cals when eating a serving) but obviously it is a lot better than the 250 you may get with 1 serving of a regular alfredo.
Totally worth it in my book. It reminds me of the
vegan Wham! that my sister used to get. It's low in cals and sodium, has lots of protein and fiber,tastes like ham but has the consistency of a leather coat. If you can make it past the consistency, it's not that bad.
