I think that your body just get used to 1200 cal per day and 500 cal lost, you should try eat 1400 and burn 600 and keep it this way for some time and then came back to 1200/500.

Another option...to have overeating day (but just one and with lots lots of 'bad' food), as I heard few times that then weight began leaving again...
