Hey, I'm on a calorie counting diet having tried that method and had success with it before. Besides, I find that with diets like WW and the Atkins after I've lost the weight it all goes back on again when I start eating "normally".
Anywho, my starting weight was 210 and my goal weight is 105 (I'm 5 foot

) which is probably a bit ambitious but if I'm doing this then I may as well go all out gonzo. I'm still working on adding in the exercise element as I have some personal issues which make it difficult to do it :S
