I'd strongly suggest reading the stickied threads around the forum... you've got a lot of cardio in your routine but no strength training... while Idon't agree that you've got a womanly shape - Weight lifting couldn't hurt that.

an appropriate diet (again, read the stickied threads in nutrition) will help get rid of the extra fat you want gone... and you will get to where you want to be
