I'm about 25
pounds from my ideal weight and have been on a
diet and excersise program for the past week. I found today that I have become excessively depressed. I've been keeping my blood sugar levels up by eating snacks between my main meals and eat main meals 3 times a day.
I shouldn't be feeling depressed and can't get the reason why.
Has anyone else started to feel depressed while on a
diet and excersise program?
