Well I did it, I got back in my
gym habbit... eEster weekend was rough on me though, I had pizza sunday night and choclate.. okay lots of choclate.. emotional binge...Family all live 13 hours away were kind of sad not to be there for easter dinner. .. Weekends are hard for me! I did go to the
gym for 2 hours on saturday though! We took a trip up to edmonton to go to West Ed Mall. Walked around there for 6 hours or so... I think all in all it was an okay weekend. Weighed my self and I am 195... Slowly dropping the
pounds. I feel better about myself well some days anyways. I really wish I had a friend to do this with, I have a girlfriend who keeps saying " oh lets go to the
gym tomorrow" and then bailing out. I have realized she will always have an excuse why she can not go to the
gym. I dont need to surround myself with those types of people. I need positivity and motivation. Any one from Calgary?? I could use a buddy... Well hope everyone had a great easter and steared clear of the choclate! Ha ha ha..

4LBs?? I know I can do better... I am thinking of joining
