Sounds good. I used to have a
yoga miniball workout that I used to do. Even though I was pretty much sitting the whole time, it really made me work up a sweat.
Good job on cutting out the soda. The way I switched to water was to drink tea since it helped with the caffeine headaches I would get. The more you drink water the more your
body craves it, so once you get into the habit it's easy to keep up. Good luck.
