its kindof a gross day too, so nothing outstanding as far as exersize goes....
So. just weighed in and it says 285. I dont trust that scale very much. One, it wavers and dosent really settle on a number. Two, its called a strain gauge and im not sure if thats completely the same thing, but its got the same purpose. but, the
goal is to make a difference from one number to the next. As long as that is happeining, thats all that matters at this point.
And i joined the april 2lb per week challenge.
... I forwent having to pay for parking and left my car at the free parking at the top of a hill. instead i bought a water : )
