This Is My Life.

Hi this is my second post but no were near my last

Firstly im Jack 18 year old from the UK. Currently i weigh 238lbs i was hanging around 200lbs around about 7 months ago. My problem was i moved out of home for 5 months due to family trouble and over that time i lost all motivation and my days and nights compiled of sitting at home each night talking to my friends on MSN and playing the computer games i USED to play.

I moved back home a while back and got things back on track. i started becoming concerned about my weight because i have never wanted to grow up "fat". like i said im currently at 238lbs.

I go to college every day so im pretty much stationary all day and due to lack of motivation i usually do the same thing at home. Ive read alot of articles and posts on this site and researched elsewere and im basicly begging for help now

I have a 10 week break from my course coming up and i have found a friend who is going to come cycling with me. I plan to do a long ride every other or every 3 days while im off and basic work outs on the other days. I love cycling and always have but the problem isnt the excercise its the eating.

I have no idea where to start with anything protien, carbs, fats!!! i have no idea at all and my diet isnt really good at the minute. i usually drink a big bottle of water each day and eat like a student .... its pathetic i know

Any help will be GREATLY appriciated

Thanks all
