This is my second time around on LA
weight loss. Their supplementsm both the vitamins and LA lites are very expensive. What I did was tell them that I did not want to use their supplements or bars any longer. Then, I cut out all the nutritional information from their packages and took it to the grocery store to match as best I could with products on the market. Bascially their LA bars are very similar to Luna Bars. So I started using those, just don't tell them they will insist they aren't the same thing. I started taking a multi-vitamin supplement and Omega-3. I didn't believe I needed the other things they try to sell. I still lost weight.
