Nothing is going to be completely accurate, but for a general idea, you can invest in a heart rate monitor. They will track your heart rate, give you the lowest, the highest, and the average heartbeat for the workout, and the amount of calories burned. But it is just a rough estimate, I imagine they're off by at least 200 cals either way.
