I'm not going to say anything for or against this diet. But what I would like to say MLuckyB85 is that the difference between you and us is...
You say diet and exercise.
We say lifestyle change and exercise.

And no, lifestyle change isn't some fancy phrase for saying diet. It means starting the long term approach from day 1.
