disenchanted

its very rare that people make it a lifestyle change. Perhaps a few weeks or months, but how many of us have lost 20 pounds and gained it all right back. I know some of us have. I have went on diets before and lost 10-20 lbs and over the course of a few years gained it back. Life happens, we dont always stick to our plans.

Like i said, i am looking to eat healthier, this is my start.

I know you all want to say its a fad diet, but for those who are on it, frankly, your not going to change our minds. We want to try it for ourselves. And considering you were never on it, we cant really take your advise because you have no experience with it.

I didnt create this thread to defend the diet. I simply would like to hear from people who have had sucess or failure on it.

I'm beginning to think that all people want to do on this site is argue.
