Hello All,
I wanted to give you an update on my progress so far. I started at 235
Pounds in January at 6 feet 0.2 inches, and now I stand at 199
pounds. I lost the weight through
cardio and
weights and calorie restriction. But my
goal by the last day of THIS May is 173
Pounds (if not less, up to 170 max). This
goal is very intense, and therefore I have adjusted my calorie intake accordingly. I eat around 850
calories a day and burn 1100
calories at the
gym at least three days a week. The days I don't go to the
gym I eat a maximum of 1000
calories. In the past I was eating around 1300 and burning around 850
calories. But to rev up the metabolism, I have turned my
diet plan around. I am now also almost completely cutting carbs and when I do eat them, the ones that have a low G.I are the ones I go for (same applies for all the foods I eat). I just wanted to know if this would be enough to reach my
goal. Will I reach a plateau? Will I do malignant things to my
body? Please give me your advice. (I am sorry I havent posted any update pictures, its just that I dont consider this change to be that prominent.) Thank you all so much for your input (in advance).
