I did mine in October 2007 and am 109 - 111 and 5'5". I have sustained my
weight loss. I don't do the
diet anymore, just eat very sensibly during the week and give in to some of my cravings for special foods on the weekends. EVERYTHING is done in moderation and you CAN maintain your
weight loss after this
