| I think it may also depend on the situation. Is it lack of motivation or energy. Sometimes I just look at my bike and just dread my next workout, but everytime I finish, I am glad that I did it. I personally have a fear of missing a workout as I might get into a bad habit. Just look in the mirror, smile at the the actual improvements and more importantly what brought those improvements. Just hang in there your doing a great job, and if I read your ticker right your more than halfway towards your goal. Just keep it going, your gonna make it, and you have many people on this forum that are either in the same boat or have been at one time or another, yet they are still fighting the fight.
