Yeah, you should not have such a low daily intake of
calories. It is not healthy for a 6ft2in male and it will not speed up your metabolism, in fact it will slow it down.
You must be careful that in your enthusiasm you don't do yourself a lot more damage than good.
I also suggest you set yourself some more realistic goals, as when you don't achieve 28
pound loss in 23 days, you will be disappointed.
I would suggest to bring your intake to a more realistic level. Increase your
cardio sessions to 4 x 45minutes and also add a
weights training day on top of that. This will ensure you burn the right tissue when you're exercise, where's now your
body may be getting rid of lean tissue, water, and so on...
