| Sounds like you are doing well mlucky. Yeah that veggie day is brutal. I didn't like very many of them so I ended up eating green beans and carrots all day, haha. This diet really does eliminate cravings and help you control portions. I would be eating something and notice "Wow I am eating way too much" and stop eating. I always look at the nutrition facts now and I never used to.
I started my second circuit yesterday. Even after 4 cheat days (instead of the normal 3) I did not gain anything. This morning I am down to 239, and I started my first circuit at 253.
All I can say is wow, this diet was worth the money.
