We are in pretty decent shape, just stay stagnant at our weights. He plays basketball 3-4 times a week and does pretty intense weight lifting on thursdays. We both went yesterday and wow, I'm really sore but it feels good. Hopefully it will help counter my cheat days.
Otherwise i play ultimate frisbe two times a week and waitress which is very physically demanding.
I have just started brisk walking/jogging every day for 50 minutes a few days before i started this diet so about 2 weeks ago.
I think it was my eating patterns that killed me. I'd have a slimfast in the morning and then not eat again till late where i'd eat too much and mostly some kind of meat/fish with carbs. (if i did eat between there it would be junk food most likely) I also drank a lot of gatoraide and those vitamine waters so i believe cutting those out has helped as well. I'm keeping up with 10+ cups of water a day now so everything is looking good
