so i have noticed a jump in the cost of groceries now that im being all conscious... its doubled really. and that sucks.
anyways, im trying a different special K, vanilla and almond. mmhm. im not a nut fan but this works pretty well for me

i actually like it better than the chocolate one.
Last night i splurged a little bit and got chinese, but i didnt really eat it. I did, but I didnt. I got into the crab rangoons before i got home, lol i usually eat my chinese in the car. BUT i didnt use the Sweet and sour sauce. Basically these rangoons (4-eek) and a couple pieces of the chicken were my dinner. I got home and separated the rice and chicken and the other 2 rangoons into separate tupperwares as to not be tempted to eat whatever was there at once. I also got personal sized ice creams... (which is misleading btw, as there are 2 servings in one ...) anywho i had a few bites of that and when the thing was about half gone, (it was small...) i was content with that and i felt full.. which was great. I put the rest of it away. that was a good moment. I had me some water and called it a night. It didnt put too much of a dent in things as this morning im holding steady at 275.
Im hoping the weather shapes up because thats a major motivator for me. I will walk to class and all that good stuff if its nice out. Which shouldnt be the case, because my roomate always walks, rain or shine... but comparisons aside... yes.. weather... please get nice!!
ive got some more solid foods now too. and some salad fixins so i can eat my lettuce before it goes bad.
