I am glad to hear that you've done so well. I will weigh in tomorrow morning, and will post to let you all know how I am doing.
All diets are expensive. Michael Thurman's will let you do a payment plan. I am finding the big expense is the beginning seasonings and foods. Of course I bought a George Foreman Grill like my daughter did to make all the cooking easier. I already have the scale for food measurement, although after a bit I'll know how large of a portion I can have (esp. to maintain after dieting.)
My daughter is being very helpful, since she has done it already. She is going back on another 6 weeks tomorrow too. (Can't have her Mom looking a lot thinner than she does.)  |
