| is your exercise the mile walk and yoga routine you mentioned? any exercise is better than no exercise so it's great that you're doing something. if that's all you're doing at this point stay ambitious and ready to add to it soon. i'd also add more carbs at breakfast, and stay away from them at night. that means no pasta dishes for dinner-- eat things like that earlier in the day when you have time to expend energy. if you eat carbs too late you'll store more of them. |
