This is the end of week 2 for me. I'm not weighing myself, but measuring instead. Don't know if I could stand to actually see how much I weighed. At the end of week 1, I lost 8 and 1/2 inches...3 from my waist, and 3 from my hips, and the rest from arms and legs. I feel so much better, so much
energy, sleeping better, moods stabilized and so on. You do have to pre-prepare foods for the day, but now I'm in a routine. The foods taste so much better when you add the home-made sauces and dressings that they give you the
recipes for. To me, it's well worth it. I'm going to go the distance and stick with it for 6 weeks because I've never had these kind of results before. I swear I haven't had a craving for 10 days. Days 1-3 were kind of tough, getting used to the foods, the routine. But, after that, smooth sailing. I'll keep you posted. Tomorrow I measure again for the end of week 2.
