| Just make sure you are eating a proper amount of calories along with all that work and the proper nutrients to try and hold on to the muscle that you have.
If you find yourself plateauing then change things up. Keep your body guessing. You could use a different machine as christenhere said, you could change the intensity of the exercise, you could do interval training... there are any number of options to change things up when you need to.
