Try to do something active that is more fun then exercise. I went mountain biking today instead of going to the
gym. I didn't kill it, but I was exercising for 50 min without a break. After the leg workout I did last night, I was really feeling it, but it was good to do something for fun. Other ideas are rollerblading, if you are near a beach, go for a run/walk in the sand. The added resistance will tire you out but not seem like a chore. Also you can look at the ocean and think of how great you'll look this summer.
