| Put your workouts in your schedule and treat them as something that you absolutely have to do. If you know you have to do something else during your regular workout time, reschedule your workout. Just make sure to fit it in somewhere.
Try to find a workout that you really enjoy. Mix things up, you don't have to do the same thing everyday.
You really have to want it though! Losing weight is going to take effort and you are the only person who can do it. I like to read weight loss blogs to motivate myself and also just focus on how good I feel after I work out. |
