I also have my period at the moment, but I control moodswings and stuff fairly well. My problem usually are cramps, but they have been pretty inexistant this time around! Some months I think I will die and other months I am absolutely fine! The more I exercise the less pain I get though!
When I was full time dancing I never had even 1 painful period, then I stopped and the pain came back! Maybe that is why this time it was so light! Another wonderful side effect of exercise!
I like that you also play monopoly with your
calories! I also do it, I think if I stay 10 more minutes and swim 10 more lanes, I can have some chocolate afterwards, or I just eat a couple of spoons less of rice so that I can have that extra piece of something yummy!
