pounds in the first 13 days I was on it. I have now re-taken the test and found out I was a C not a B )after I stalled at -18
pounds for 13 days) I did a BOO BOO and ate all rapid results meals for a whole week and (dumb! ~ not supposed to DO THAT!) my
body thought I was starving and hoarded onto the
fat. SO! I am eating
more now again, like I am supposed to and losing weight again! Ya know, there comes a time when you just have to DO IT like they TELL YOU to DO IT and stop thinking that you
know better than the EXPERTS! And now I'm losing again, instead of starving. YOU DON'T HAVE TO STARVE TO LOSE WEIGHT AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK OUT ALL THE TIME TO LOSE WEIGHT. HELLO YA'll! I wonder how that chic is doing that is getting married. I hope she is totally POPIN!
