| i'm not that overweight to begin with so im not going to lose 10lbs right off. I'm a healthy BMI, just losing some weight for bikini season. The condiments i used were all specified as allowed on the menu. I followed the diet very strictly and am happy with my results. I have read many other users experiences and it seems the more weight you have to lose, the more sucessful your cycles are.
