| I haven't had a chance to crave unhealthy foods and snacks since I only started today, but in the past I have had the same feelings. I think the hardest thing for me to overcome is eating out of bordom, and I love my sweet tea, like almost a gallon perday sometimes. I have will power now and am determined to eat healthier and lose this weight. I love this site, its going to be my motivator. |
