I gained a pound, but between listening to my father congratulate me barely on my fifty, he said I had ALOT more to lose.. at first I was down than realized .. he is damn right, so I better get back on the weight loss forum and keep trecking because I do have a lot more to go, fifty maybe great, but not as great as sealing the deal with another fifty ...
So here I come, uncovering my beauty ... I feel like I am uncovering my fat and peeling away the layers, and I am showing up as the diamond that I am, a beautiful diamond, full of passion and I will win this battle. I am strong .. Go Me
