I have tried this
diet numerous times. Everytime I did it, when it came time for me to break from the
diet and eat "normal" food, I got very sick to my stomach. I did lose weight, though. Also, a friend of mine followed this
diet religiously. She lost a lot of weight, but was moody and irritable because of having no carbs and no
energy. If you can handle having the same foods everyday and beat the cravings, more power to ya.
