Well this week I have no time to go to the
gym at all, I have so much to do. With my birthday being this week and my parents comming this weekend I have been behind on cleaning and organizing my house. As well I had to deal with my tax situation as well. Which is stressing me out. I hopefully will be filing tonight and that
stress will be over with.
Today was our monthly staff meeting and Instead of eating the greasy chineese food we had ordered I went and got a garden salad with chicken. Just as satisfing and I am sure 1/2 as many
calories. Plus I wasnt tired all day like everyone else. Today being my birthday I did induldge a little I had 2 choclates that I was given from work. They were amazing! I am hoping to stay neutral this week and not gain any weight. Since I am not going to the
gym I am trying to balance that out with lighter options and some at home
abs and
pilates moves. Hopefully I will burn enough
calories to keep me from gaining and may even lose .5lb or something.
Well I am going home for the day it is past quiting time here
