Thanks hun for your kind words and you are so right. My actual goal for July is five pounds. I have to push myself a little hard and get into the groove that is why i am aiming for 2 lbs a week...I am thinking of doing this treadmill thing for the rest of may and incorporating the elliptical in june

I am too fat now!! For the past 2 days i noticed i am in the habit of holding my waist as if i am pregnant....not good!! Starting now I will try to break these habits by being good for a whole month. I know I can do this and I know u can too
