Scale mentality is gone for now.
I realized I am way to old to be ruled by a number. I am focusing on
fitness and
nutrition more than
weight loss at this point. I figure that even at 225 I am a good weight for my height if I relocate where stuff is.
Dropping
fat is my priority. Obviously I am still in a deficit but I am not concentrating as much on it. I know how to eat right- macros are more important to me now.
