| fatloss4idiots hi! I have been on this diet for 7days now. startes off 170 lbs, now i am 163! I know alot of it is water weight, but i dont care! Im fitting better in my jeans, and I look thinner in my midsection. I know this is a "quick fix" but my look at it is that if you get jump started this way, then eat healthy (which this teaches you. eat more than 3 meals a day, cut out starches) you will keep losing. I am a RN, and I wont do those diets that look harmful and unhealthy. I need to lose a few more pounds before my vacation, and I know I will!! Now, I cheated a couple of times...not really BAD but I had to eat something with my chicken sometimes so I ate veggies. then also I had a cookie one day, but I still lost weight. I had wine with my meal one night also. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a quick fix, and to anyone who wants a long term diet, read body for life...I am gonna do that when i get back from vacation. eat 4-6 times a day. cut out pasta and white flour. eat protein,DONT CUT OUT ANY ONE THING TOTALLY....like if one day you want bread, eat some whole wheat. I have learned alot in nursing....I used to weigh 240 lbs after my kids!!! good luck everyone! |
