Here is my advice.... From my weight loss journey so far

Buy healthy groceries - that way you have nothing but healthy food to eat at your house, making it harder to binge on crap.

Find the one thing that you love and make it better for you - Me for example I love, love , love ice cream. I dont eat that anymore but I do enjoy Vanilla yogurt ( fat free) with berries and orange juice and ice in the blender. Tastes just as good but 1/2 calories ... and guilt!

Take as many oppurtunites as you can to walk more or exercise- I started dinging the stop bell on the bus before my stop and walking an extra 5 minutes, I also started doing simple abs and leg workouts while watching TV.

Make time to pamper yourself - Do your nails, Get your teeth whitened the more confident you are about your appearnence the more you will want to keep it up.

Make small goals- I try and just Aim for the 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week goal, If I get more thats great. But I dont beat my self up if I am a little off. Progress is progress.

Exercise- Once you start and find your niche wether at the gym or at home, you will enjoy it. More importantly you will enjoy the way it makes you feel afterwards.
