My current stats is 5'2 and 118
pounds. I have like... No muscle though.
I don't eat after 6 so that my
body has a chance to burn
calories, and so that I don't eat over 1000
calories (I know it's a small amount; by no means am I anorexic or bulimic) especially so close to my bedtime. I also eat healthy, like salad.
I really want to lose weight though (in
fat) and perhaps gain muscle. By running 6 miles per day, would I be able to lose 5
pounds of
fat in a week?
