Alright, this is the end of the road for the Body Transformation Contest! I want to thank all those that entered and have stuck it out for these 4 long months in hopes of making their own personal body transformations. Way to go everyone!

1st place - Bobwesthead - Training Forum
Bob has kept up with his measurements from the beginning of the contest and updated his photos regularly, showing tremendous progress of his body transformation. He also shared his program with the rest of the training forum motivating others along the way. Congrats Bobwesthead!

2nd place - ladyumbra - Weight Loss Forum
Although ladyumbra has not submitted her photos she has had significant weight loss throughout the contest, and continues to strive for her goal of weight loss. Since that is the main goal for most in the WLF, I would like to congratulate her on keeping up with her body transformation. Congrats ladyumbra!

3rd place - Niapage - Weight Loss Forum
Niapage has kept everyone in the WLF up to date with not only her progress with her body transformation but also other things going on in her life, therefore keeping the WLF a positive and comfortable environment. I also believe that it is an amazing thing to keep up with a health and fitness goal amongst the fact of becoming pregnant! Congrats Niapage!
