| hey, all i know is that all my wrestling friends can loose like 20 lbs in a month, im open to suggestions from anyone who can accomplish that.
Im just sticking to eating a little less, making healthier choices, and my 2 hours of lifting and that seems to be working. Itll be 2 weeks tomorrow and ive lost 3lbs, I can already see a difference around my stomach, so im pretty happy. |
