WHY do you think carbs are bad?
If you read this thread, you'd realize carbohydrates are one of the most important sources of
energy we have.
If you are following 40/30/30, that is 130 grams of protein, 43 grams of
fat, and 97.5 grams of carbs. Granted, I don't know if that is such a great formula, sounds like Zone to me. Low carb usually results in failed diets... I am not a fan of fads.
