From all I've read - Full
fat dairy products - in moderation - are better for you because of CLA that they contain naturally.
The downside to
Fat free and some low
fat products, is that tehy don' thave the satisfaction factor that the full
fat product does - so therefore - a person will often eat more - thereby negating the calorie savings.
Pay attention to portion sizes and make the product you like fit in your daily plan.
