okay well i read this somewhere.
all parts of your
body use
calories, while
fat uses mabe 3
calories each day, while the same portion of muscle would use 60-80
calories each day.
-so in theory if you work out to build muscle like bench press (1st off
fat is needed to build muscle) you would lose a big sum more weight than say just
cardio-running cause the muscle growth and substain would use a lot of
calories!
