Steve: I plan on increasing my caloric intake once I get down to my ideal weight to about 14-16000/week so as to maintain a doable routine. My metabolism seems to be faster than ever, or at least I have more
energy and do more than I ever had.

SuperToilet: I do plan on introducing lots of weight lifting after I get down another 50lbs to get lean and muscled looking.
